imageSwedish Massage and Clinical Neuromuscular & Structural Bodywork (CNSB) were focused upon at Southeastern School for Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy (now Southeastern Institute) in Columbia, SC where I graduated first-in-class before becoming Nationally Certified (#531953-07) with the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) after having passed the Exam for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork in 2007.

After four years of contracted spa work using massage therapy, essential oils, whirlpool foot spas and body wrap techniques followed by several months at the chiropractic office of Dr Webb, MD at Advantage Health, I began an at-home practice for family, friends and referrals.  I then enjoyed working along side of Dr Kelsey Tubbs in Nashville, TN where we helped many patients each day!  It was God's Blessing to have worked with her!  She now has her own practice and I am currently seeing clients at Elements Massage in Nashville.  He>i!

As a state licensed (TN #10698) professional bodywork and massage therapist, I integrate techniques from several modalities in order to meet the specific needs of each client.  Most techniques are derived from Swedish Massage, Clinical Neuromuscular and Structural Bodywork, and include Reflexology, Cupping and Hydrotherapy techniques.  I was certified in Integrative Reflexology® by ClaireMarieMiller in 2014 and have found it to affect my lifestyle in a most positive way. I incorporate it into each session whenever possible in order to contribute holistically in helping each client to heal.  I enjoy utilizing aromatherapy/aromacology with real, all natural essential oils. (Please remember that essential oils should not be ingested.) I continue my education in massage and bodywork therapies with 24 hours or more of continuing education credits every two years.
